What Is the I-693 Immigration Medical Exam?

Form I-693, officially titled Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, is required for individuals applying for permanent residency or adjustment of status.

The exam helps USCIS determine whether an applicant has any medical conditions that could affect eligibility under immigration law.
